Once documents are uploaded and payment is confirmed, the audit typically completes in 2–5 minutes. The AI pipeline processes your documents, extracts claims, matches evidence, and generates the full report automatically.

Yes. Documents are stored encrypted in Supabase and are never shared with third parties. OpenAI processes document text to generate the report, subject to their data usage policies. We do not train on your data. See our Security page for full details.
Yes — while your subscription is active, you can upload new documents, replace existing ones, and trigger a new audit at any time.
If the audit fails to generate a complete report due to a technical error on our side, we will refund in full or re-run at no charge. Reports that have been successfully generated are non-refundable.
The Passport analyzes the documents founders upload — pitch deck, financials, contracts, legal docs. The Technical Add-on imports technical evidence from a linked WAIT Launch Passport project.
