Frequently asked questions

How long does the audit take?

After documents are uploaded and payment is confirmed, the audit typically completes in 2–5 minutes. The report organizes extracted claims, matching evidence, and open questions from your materials.

What file types can I upload?

PDF, DOCX, XLSX, CSV, and TXT files. Maximum file size is 50MB per upload, with a 200MB document limit per project.

Is my data kept confidential?

Yes. Documents are stored encrypted in Supabase and are never shared with third parties. OpenAI processes document text to generate the report, subject to their data usage policies. We do not train on your data. See our Security page for full details.

Can I re-run the audit after fixing issues?

Pre-DD includes one completed result. Passport and Technical include one evidence refresh within 30 days. A WAIT-caused failure is retried at no charge.

Do you offer refunds?

If the audit fails to generate a complete report due to a technical error on our side, we will refund in full or re-run at no charge. Reports that have been successfully generated are non-refundable.

What is the difference between the Passport and Technical Add-on?

The Passport analyzes the documents founders upload — pitch deck, financials, contracts, and legal documents. The Technical Add-on imports technical evidence from a linked WAIT Launch Passport project.
