WAIT Investor Diligence Passport collects account information, organization information, uploaded diligence documents, generated claims, evidence matches, scores, reports, billing identifiers, and operational logs needed to provide the service.
Uploaded documents and generated reports are stored in private Supabase Storage buckets and scoped to your organization. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by WAIT.
Document text may be sent to OpenAI APIs for claim extraction, evidence matching, and investor Q&A generation. Background job metadata is processed by Inngest, transactional email is sent through Resend, and operational errors may be monitored through Sentry.
WAIT does not sell or rent customer documents, report data, or personal information. Data is shared with subprocessors only to operate the product or when required by law.
You may request export or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@waittech.io. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days unless retention is legally required.
