WAIT Investor Diligence Passport provides automated diligence readiness tooling based on documents and evidence supplied by the customer. You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded materials are accurate, lawful to process, and authorized for use with the service.
Reports, scores, red flags, evidence matrices, technical findings, and Q&A outputs are informational readiness indicators only. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, securities, or investment advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for qualified professional review.
IDP is billed independently from WAIT Launch Passport. Launch Passport entitlements do not unlock IDP access. The Technical Add-on may import Launch Passport technical evidence through service-token integration when configured, but IDP remains the system of record for IDP payments and reports.
You must not upload malware, credentials you are not authorized to process, unlawful content, or data that violates third-party rights. WAIT may suspend or delete projects that create security, legal, or operational risk.
Refunds, when applicable, revoke paid report access and may schedule associated project data for deletion. See the Privacy Policy for data handling and deletion request details.
